Public Buying Power (PBP) only ever collects and stores that information we require to create your Account. Such data includes your Name, Billing Address, Delivery Address, Contact Details and Email Address. You are always in control of the data entered and may amend and/or delete at any time.

PBP never collects nor stores Credit/Debit card details: such information is securely processed by our HSBC Payment Processor.

What we do with the information collected:

Personal information collected by PBP is used to;

• help us process your order through our website,

• protect you and PBP from potential fraudulent behaviour,

• comply with our legal/good practice requirements for example, notifying the TV licensing authority on the sale of a television, etc. and,

• notify you of any promotional offers should you choose for us to do so

We never pass personal, stored information onto 3rd party organizations except where a suspicion of crime maybe involved.

PBP adheres to the guidelines in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
